Why We Push You to Send the Whole List
One trip, ten repairs, one setup cost

We are not being polite when we ask for the whole list. It genuinely costs you less.
Every visit carries fixed cost that has nothing to do with the repair: drive time, parking, unloading, floor protection, and packing back out. That happens once per visit, not once per task.
The second item on a list is dramatically cheaper than the first. The tenth is nearly free by comparison.
You only have to be home once. For most people this is worth more than the money.
We carry a stocked van. Half the small items on a typical list get done from what is already on board, with no supply run.
It also lets us sequence properly — all the drywall in one pass, all the paint after it cures, all the plumbing while the water is off.
The one exception: if something on the list is urgent, say so, and we will handle it on its own rather than making you wait for a full-list slot.
Send everything. We will tell you what fits in one visit.
