SERVICE CALL
This is our take on what our industry typically refers to as a service call. This service is meant for the individual who does not wish to have more than one item completed, and is not looking to go through a complicated process in order to get a technician to come out. Example tasks can range from changing out a sink faucet to replacing a ceiling fan and anything of similar complexity.
Half Block | $500 + Material
Most clients Book These as a Monthly Subscription
Our Half Blocks are completed in no more than half a day, starting in your driveway or once our technician arrives at the store near your home. Having done 100s of Half Blocks over the years, we have seen the typical task count completed by one technician is 3-5 tasks. This number can vary significantly depending on the types of tasks involved.
Full Block | $1,000 + Material
Most Clients Book This as a Monthly Subscription
Our Full Blocks are going to provide you the best bang for your buck. Our technician's day will start either in your driveway or when they arrive at the store near your home. We have completed 100s of Full Blocks over the years and have identified the typical completed task count is between 5-10 tasks. Less complex punch lists have even been over 10 items completed by one technician in a day.
