What we do
Four ways to start
Fist Bump™ | $275.00 + Material
A service call includes one technician onsite for up to one hour to diagnose the issue you are experiencing. During this time, our technician will investigate the problem and determine the appropriate solution.
In many cases, the issue can be resolved during the service call. If additional work is required, we will clearly explain the recommended repair and provide next steps.
If you choose to move forward with the recommended work, the service call fee will be credited toward the total cost of the repair.
Emergency Service Call $395.00 + Material
Call or text us at (864) 528-8201. Notice a leak out of nowhere? Sparks flying? Did you fall through your kitchen floor? Need this handled as soon as possible?
If you activate an emergency service call procedure through Radical, we will be onsite within 4 Hours. The $395.00 + material includes an hour onsite to “stop the bleed” and diagnose the source of the disaster.
Within that hour onsite, we will either fully fix the issue, or if more time and material is required, we will provide an estimate for the work and wait for your approval before we proceed.
Send us the task or the whole list
Send the task, or the whole list, with photos of what you are looking at. Close-ups plus one wider shot of the room or the wall tell us most of what we need.
If we can scope it properly from what you send, you get a written estimate without anyone coming out. Priced by the job, free either way, and nothing starts until you say yes.
We come out and look at it
Some jobs cannot be scoped from a photo — anything behind a wall, anything where the real problem is under what you can see, and anything with a long list spread across the house.
When that is the case we come out and walk it with you, then send the written estimate afterward. Free, and priced by the job.
Overwhelmed by your list?
Send your list. We'll sort it out. We are always more than happy to come out and estimate any task, even if it doesn't quite fit one of the categories above. No one is left behind. Reach out and you will get free advice on what to do next, then a written estimate you can say yes or no to.

How the work runs
Payment
Estimates are free and priced by the job. 50% deposit to start ; the balance is due on completion, after you sign off on the work.
Service call $275 + materials. Emergency service $395 + materials, onsite within 4 hours.
Scheduling
Your date is reserved when the deposit is received — jobs go on the calendar in the order deposits come in.
We confirm the arrival window the day before and keep you posted in writing until the job is closed.
Warranty
One year on our workmanship when the repair is done the right way. Materials and fixtures carry their manufacturer's warranty.
If you direct a repair we have advised against as the wrong fix, the warranty does not cover that item — and we will put that advice in writing first.
Common questions
What exactly gets done?
We perform the exact scope written in our estimate — no more, no less. Anything outside it is a change order, never a surprise line on the final invoice.
What happens when something extra turns up?
We stop work on that item, assess it, and send a written proposal with a firm price. You approve it by digital signature, and approved change-order costs are due in full before that work continues. Decline it and the item drops out of the scope — our technician moves on to the approved work and the rest of the job stays on schedule.
Is there anything you don't take on?
Yes, and we say so early. Roof replacement, HVAC equipment, repipes and sewer lines, panel and service upgrades, foundation and structural work, mold remediation, chimney systems and new construction all sit outside our trade. We either run the item through a vetted trade partner and manage it inside your scope, or hand you the referral. Permit-scale work is coordinated with licensed local specialists.
Where do you work?
Greenville and the Upstate — Greer, Taylors, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Travelers Rest, Easley, Anderson and Spartanburg. See where we work for the full list.
